Sollte man bei Erk\u00e4ltungen lieber \u201ehei\u00dfe Zitrone\u201c oder \u201ekalte Zitrone\u201c trinken? Welcher Stoff im Zitronensaft sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass der Obstsalat l\u00e4nger frisch bleibt? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dieser Runde zeigten unsere Wissenschaftler und Wissenschaftlerinnen mit gro\u00dfem Engagement und Erfolg ihr naturwissenschaftliches Geschick. Zwei Teams erhielten f\u00fcr ihre Ergebnisse sogar einen Preis: eine Lupe, mit der sie ihre Umgebung in Zukunft ganz genau untersuchen k\u00f6nnen.
